Estimated manufacturing and shipping times

Let’s look at the whole process of apparel manufacturing and shipping:

STEP 1:

Cutting

We will order fabric from fabric factory and then do pre-shrink & quality checking when we receive fabric. After that is cutting the fabric into pieces.

STEP 2.

Printing & Embroidery

Printing & embroidery will be done after the fabric is cut. Graphic and logos are usually printed or embroidered on cutting pieces rather than garments. After that, we will check custom graphic and logo quality one by one.(3-7days)

STEP 3.

Sewing

When everything (such as logos, patch, labels or some other accessories) is ready, we will arrange final stitching. Get cutting pieces and accessories sew together.(5-7 days)

STEP 4.

Quality Control

After clothing is done, our QC team will inspect (include fabric & graphic & workmanship & accessories) one piece by one piece and also cut the extra threads.

STEP 5.

Ironing

Ironing is one of the most importatnt step to bring the finish clothing to a higher level.

STEP 6.

Cut Extra Thread

Before packing, we will cut the extra thead outside and inside of each clothing.

STEP 7.

Packing and Shipping

Each clothing will be packed into 1 plastic bag and about 20-100pcs into 1 carton. We offer express, air transport, sea and sea shipping service to worldwide.
